Novel said he flew in March 2005, about a month into
Jackson's trial, from his home in New Orleans to the
Los Angeles home owned by Jackson's parents, where he
stayed several days before Jackson finally had him over
to Neverland Valley. He said the two of them met in a
bungalow on the property before Jackson drove him around
the ranch in an old pickup truck.

"The whole thing centered on Tommy Mottola
setting him up," Novel told me. "Mottola and him were at odds,

and Jackson's information was that Mottola and Malnik got

together to fu*k him. He said he believed Malnik was

representing the Mob."

He said Jackson had special loathing for Malnik
because he felt betrayed by him. When I told him
that Malnik was saying that Jackson had made him
executor of his estate, he was dubious.

"He had split up with Malnik," said Novel.
"He never said anything about Malnik being executor
of his will. And based on how pissed off Jackson was
at him at the time, I wouldn't believe it on a bet ."

Jackson was very very afraid.

It went on to say: It's clear that whether Malnik had any

ulterior motives in befriending Jackson, the pop star ended

up believing he was an enemy out to get his Beatles songs.

We'll have to wait and see if the world media continues to

eat out of Malnik's hand or if it actually reports the truth

about the relationship and its bitter end.

It's called the "Dome Project," and AP reports
that it required the construction of 4 sets and filming
lasted 5 weeks. Two anonymous sources confirmed the
project's existence to the AP, and said it will be
completed by July 15.

The highlight may very well be a graveyard set
reportedly constructed to reference Michael Jackson's
iconic video for "Thriller."

I'm still trying to get my head around what happened
there that day at Carolwood....You don't understand,
Evenstad took the last picture of MJ that shocked the world.
Alot of people wonder and there's a lot of speculation
if that shot Is old?? if it really was Michael in the
Ambulance that day or was it one of his body doubles,
or possibly was the whole thing stagged and MJ hoaxed
his own death. MJ always played in illusions.

If you watch the Ed Hardy video posted here
from youTube titled "MJ and Kids shop Ed Hardy"
you will see 2 MJ's dressed identical in that video
It was a crazy day just weeks before everything happened.

THERE ARE 2 MJ's THERE IN THE STORE THAT DAY..
STOP THE TAPE AT 1:58...OPEN YOUR EYES LOOK.
THERE ARE 2 MJ's.

It is NOT a mirror image.

"The investigation into the death of Michael Jackson
is ongoing and will result in the case being presented
to the Los Angeles County District Attorney for filing
consideration. Until that time, LAPD detectives will
continue to meet and confer with District Attorney
representatives."

Did they get all there evidence?...I don't know much
about Homicide investigations but I would think that
the premises would be sealed off. Has Murray ever
been arrested?? Thome?? has anyone been arrested??

CAROLWOOD MOVE PART 2 In those pics: a white bronco in
the back garage that had not been there earlier when TMZ
had been there..paintings that were brought out, along
with a bedcot (could this have been Murrays?) and some
wardrobe boxes that appeared to have clothing in them.
After I witnessed the limo etc in the front, around the
backside of Carolwood the gates finally opened the door
went up and they moved the remainder of what was Michael
Jackson's personal belongings out...

This is the day they drove MJ away
He was leaving Carolwood forever...

Weiss took the last photo of Michael going into the
ambulance "The shot seen all over the world" ,
Did Weiss know that Michael was going to be
at Carolwood that day, if indeed MJ is still alive!!

CAROLWOOD MOVE PART 1 OF 3

MICHAEL HAS LEFT THE BUILDING

Today at Carolwood, Mr. Weiss was the only 'paparazzi'
or photographer present beside myself when I arrived.
He was standing right at the front gate next to the
mailbox. The gate was closed at this time. The wreaths
that had been on the front gates for some time (2 of them)
were now down. The front gates were bare. The moving trucks
were inside and a few outside, TMZ had left and we were the
only people with cameras at Carolwood at that time. There "was"
a moving truck that was parked across the street on Carolwood.

Within minutes of my arrival this moving truck ended
up at the backside of Carolwood. I arrived close to 3:00pm PST

Weiss and MJ have had a close friendship in the past.
Weiss took the last photo of Michael in the ambulance.
The second Weiss noticed me taking his picture he shied
away from me with his face down got in his car that was
parked directly across from the gate where he had been
standing and grabbed what looked like a laptop opened
it and did something, It looked like a small laptop.
At that time, it seemed maybe a minute, time was standing
still i felt something was happening he seemed agitated
by my appearance AT that very moment out of nowhere
what was a very large "limo" probably the biggest I have
ever witnessed pulled around from the backside of Carolwood
making the grand turn there unto the front of Carolwood.
It came out from around the back It couldn't have made
that turn if that moving truck would have been there..
This whole thing had been timed, someone was watching...
Mr Weiss at that time took off very speedily racing down
the street like nothing i'd seen before.

This is just a fraction of what I witnessed today.

Being that this car was on premises, and that Mr Weiss was there as
well... same time ....He was known to be anywhere Michael appeared.

CAROLWOOD TODAY

Today I was at Carolwood at Apx 3pm PST
TMZ had already left the area and the only
paparrazi that was there at Carolwood was
MJ's friend who was in charge of the ambulance
photo.

I witnessed some very strange goings on
and some very odd vehicles around the
Carolwood premises.

At this time I am not ready
to divulge what i witnessed.

rehersal footage and various other outakes of the King of Pop
has been pushed for an early release.

Outside Villa

We saw 'hat man' walk in very quickly but didn't see blonde lady with him....As we were leaving Prince and Paris were standing out front just kinda hanging out..

We saw Karen entering and said hello to her from across the street where the cameras and press was stationed, we also said hi to Brian Oxman :) Corey F. was there with his son? He greeted the crowd Did the Moon walk in front of the restaurant so all the paps that were stationed in front could see mind you upon arriving reaching in the car putting on his hat then turning with a little side step show. Chris Tucker came along to dinner as well in a gorgeous silver rolls, he looked very sad... People were dropped off in front and ushered in very quickly. From what we had heard The Jackson family hired there own photgrapher. He was stationed in the front entrance of the restaurant to photograph everyone entering and arriving. Apparently, they will be using this for some kind of DVD/movie footage. Could this be the footage for the infamous "THIS IS IT".

Jermaine got out and seemed to be smiling a little smile, as per usual. We did not see Katherine or Joe- but they might have slipped in another way?


The dog at Carolwood did not sound distressed at all, :)

Restaurant now...

Here now at Villa Sorriso and they are blasting MJ "Bad"
At first I thought they are playing
"Thriller" the opening of the song I had to add
(edit)this posting because I feel this is important!
Over the loud speaker of the Villa restaurant outside
they were blasting "Bad" for what seemed to be only a
minute or even less it was so loud it came out of the
restaurant unto the main speakers and carried over
across the street where all the cameras (Papparazi/media)
were...noone seemed to notice.. It was loud and totally
out of place. Now that I go back and think about it
there is some reason why this happened..Why did they
do did this? was it an accident right when the guest
and family were starting to arrive.
Could it have been the audio track running under the film and someone pushed the wrong button so it played
in stereo....

Not too much press only bout 40 cameras-

Where is the casket?

No casket

Oh my....well they finally showed up in the cover of darkness and
we watched and tried to film and shoot pics as best we could
but there was no casket in the procession.
We heard from some random person that the big gold casket
had been brought in earlier but no one saw anything,
sooooo.... Now we continue...
